Pavilion Packages


October thru May without Temporary A/C
Pavilion/Church: $3,800 Saturday $2,975 Sunday - Friday
Pavilion/Millermore: $3,625 Saturday $2,925 Sunday - Friday
Pavilion/Bandstand: $3,475 Saturday $2,775 Sunday - Friday
Pavilion/Nancy’s Garden: $3,475 Saturday $2,775 Sunday - Friday
Pavilion/Fountain: $3,325 Saturday $2,600 Sunday – Friday

June 1st thru September 31st with Temporary A/C*
Pavilion/Church: $2,600 (+ extra a/c) Saturday $1,900 (+ extra a/c) Sunday - Friday
Pavilion/Millermore Lawn: $2,425 (+ extra a/c) Saturday $1,850 (+ extra a/c) Sunday - Friday
Pavilion/Bandstand: $2,275 (+ extra a/c) Saturday $1,775 (+ extra a/c) Sunday - Friday

*The prices for our Pavilion Package from June 1st through September 30th are different from the same package during the months October through May. This price difference is allowed to help offset the cost for the addition of temporary a/c, which is required in the Pavilion during the months of June through September. 30 tons of additional a/c is approximately $1,200. Please inquire when scheduling your wedding.

Bridal Photography


One benefit of having your wedding at Dallas Heritage Village is the exterior photos on the grounds. Additionally, you can take interior photos in your rented facility. As a rental package benefit, you are allowed to set-up a separate photography time at the museum for an engagement or bridal portrait. You provide your own photographer. During this separate time, you have access to the Bridal Suite (certain times before 4pm) for hair and make-up if needed. If you have not booked your wedding at Dallas Heritage Village, you can still have bridal portraits or engagement photos taken at a reduced rate (See Terms and Conditions). Please contact the sales office to schedule bridal photography.

  • 2 hours photography on the Grounds: $150
  • With the use of the Bridal Suite for make-up: $275

Receptions Only


The Pavilion and The Park Cities Heritage House are our most popular choices. The Pavilion is suited for larger receptions of 180 or more. The Park Cities Heritage House is a great space for receptions of 125 and smaller .

The Renner School and The Main Street Saloon are perfect choices for smaller, casual settings. The Renner School is suited to medium sized receptions of 100-150. The Main Street Saloon is perfect for very small, intimate cocktail receptions for up to 25 seated and up to 40 utilizing Main Street for the overflow.





Texas Theme Weddings & Rehersal Dinners


There are many options for those looking to do a truly Texas-Style wedding. If you are looking for a more casual and rustic event, you can “build a package” of any size or type—from a small themed rehearsal dinner or engagement party in The Main Street Saloon to a ceremony at the Pilot Grove Church. Then, host a cocktail hour in the rustic Renner School and follow-up with your reception centered around The Main Street Saloon, with tables flowing out on to Main Street. You can even hire our ragtime piano player or have a band play outside on the Main Street Stage. Pick up your guests at the front gate with our fringed-top surrey in true Texas-Style, or rent Nip and Tuck, our Mammoth Donkeys, and offer wagon rides around the Park for your guests. The combinations are endless!

Commemorative Brick


For a lasting tribute to your union, a brick engraved with your names and your wedding date may be purchased for $75 and placed at the main entrance to Dallas Heritage Village. You will receive a map showing exactly where your brick is placed.
