Take advantage of the new
rental enhancements that you can order through Dallas Heritage Village for your
next event! Our new list of products and services will help make your
event a memorable and historic experience. Items like candle stanchions, custom
chalkboard signs, costumed reenactors, tour guides, printed maps and handmade
invitations are just some of the enhancements available. Some of the most
popular categories and prices are covered below. A more complete lising can be

Our best rental enhancements are Nip and Tuck, our "boys". Nip and Tuck are available
for private parties along with Donna, our wagon master. They love to transport
guests around the museum in their covered wagon! The boys have a busy schedule
and are subject to availability!


Dallas Heritage Village now
offers the very best of our historical and interpretive staff for your next
rental event. Costumed greeters, docents and performance staff are available
for almost any event:
Nip & Tuck! $75/hr
(this includes their wagon and wagon master)
Costumed Greeters: $50 hr/guide
Docents and Guides: $50 hr/guide
Bank Robbery: $375
(4 reenactors, performance on Main Street)


We now offer over
20 different options to make your next event special. Items like votives,
candle stanchions, runners and more! Please download our price list located at
the bottom of this page.
Candle Stanchions: $6.50/stanchion; $360 lined pathway
(set-up of pole, glass globe and candle)
Votives: $8.00/dozen
(glass/candles)


Take advantage
of some of the turnkey special event enhancements now offered by Dallas
Heritage Village. Props, lighting, table gifts and specialty invitations are
just some the items available!
Popcorn Wagon: $250
(operator, bags and popcorn for 300)


With several new
facilities being offered for corporate meeting space, we are now able to
provide some additional services in-house to companies hosting meetings and
retreats:
Bottled water, Dr. Pepper products and light snacks for meeting groups
Gold meeting chairs, podiums, AV and table linens


In addition to reenactors,
Dallas Heritage Village coordinates other important staffing solutions like
security and valet services for events from 1-12,000:
Police Officers: $38/hr
(minimum 4 hours)
EMT’s: $38/hr
Event Managers: $150/each
Bathroom Porters: $15/hr


We are able to
offer some of our own inventory to rental clients. Items like linens, tables
and chairs are now available for private events:
60-inch rounds: $9/table
6ft banquet tables: $7.50/table
Chalkboard Signs: $7/board
Green folding chairs: $1/chair
White Samsonite folding chairs: $1/chair
(limited quantity for outdoor events)


You can rent tents through Dallas
Heritage Village and get assistance with ordering custom covering solutions
through our preferred vendors, including clear tenting for a Texas Main Street
event! Additionally, Dallas Heritage Village can lead you to vendors that know
how to stage temporary AC solutions in the Pavilion for summer events.
