Where Learning is Historically Fun!
REGISTER FOR SPRING 2010 VILLAGE ACADEMY TODAY!
Village Academy invites your child to step into the past.
Classes are designed for children ages 4 to 10. Mom or dad (or grandparents!) are welcome to join in. Younger siblings can also tag along,
but please remember the classes are designed for kids ages 4 to 10. You only pay for each participating child. All classes begin at 2 p.m.
and take approximately 2 hours. Reservations are encouraged but not required. Call 214-413-3674 to make your reservation.
Village Academy Admission
$12 per student (in advance by the Wednesday prior to your selected class)
$15 per student (at the gate)
$10 Dallas Heritage Village members (advance or at the gate)
Class fees include supplies, as well as museum admission.

Teddy Bear Picnic
Bring your favorite cuddly companion to enjoy a Teddy Bear Picnic.
We’ll make something special for your bear or doll, create picnic
treats, and play classic games.

Down on the Farm
A farm needs lots of people and animals to make it work.
Help care for the animals, take care of the gardens, and
clean house as we explore life down on the farm.

Welcome to the Wild West!
Could you have survived in the Wild West? Practice your lassoing skills,
race the stick pony of your choice, and belly up to the bar for a root
beer and a game of dominoes in the Saloon.

Folk Arts
The Village is full of hand-made items, each telling a different story.
Take a tour to find the art and then create your own pieces, inspired
by what you saw.

when the reservation is made.
- Registering in advance is recommended, but is not required. Advance tickets purchased by the
Wednesday prior to your preferred class are $12 ($10 for Dallas Heritage Village members). Tickets purchased at
the gate are $15 ($10 for members).

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so by the registration deadline. You will
receive a full refund, less a $3 per registration handling fee.
