Customize your event to suit your needs!

With our standard Corporate Picnic Package price of $9.95 per person (200 person minimum), you and your guests will enjoy up to 6-hours of non-stop fun! Package price includes a private rental of the Pavilion and green space beside it (Saturdays not available), up to 20-60” round tables (linens not included), and up to 10-8’ banquet tables for the outside Green Space. Also included is admission to the Museum, an event liaison and free parking.

Up to 240 white plastic chairs may be rented at $1.00 per chair with no set-up fee. We do not allow self-catering at the museum and above price does not include food and beverage. Tents are available at an additional charge (Tent Pricing).

Daytime Picnic Packages

General Public: Small Groups 1-14	General admission price: $7adult $5 senior $4 kids -First come, first served in the museum picnic area. -Bring a bag/box lunch
Pre-Reserved: Groups of 15-49	Self Tour Rates: $6.50 adult $5.50 senior $3.50 kids -First come, first served in the museum picnic area. -Bring a bag lunch or arrange for a catered box lunch through the Tour Manager
Pre-reserved OR Pre-purchased Tickets Group/Block: 50-100	Buy a block of tickets at $5.50 adult $4.50 senior $3.00 kids -First come, first served in the museum picnic area. -Bring a bag lunch or arrange for a catered box lunch through the Tour Manager
Picnic Package (1) 100 or more	$8.95 per person, minimum 100 people (4 hours) -Reserve a section of Nancy’s Garden/Museum picnic area (multiple picnics can be going on at the same time). -Arrange for a completely catered event through the Rentals office, with no food minimums (all budget ranges) BBQ, hamburgers, etc. -Rent the adjacent lot for ball games: $100 -Includes an event manager or guest services for 4 hours -Tents available for rent
Picnic Package (2) 200 or more	$9.95 per person, minimum 200 people (6 hours) -Pavilion for a covered space and the green space behind it (Sunday-Friday only, Saturdays excluded due to weddings) -Arrange for a completely catered event through the Rentals office, with no food minimums (all budget ranges) BBQ, hamburgers, etc. -Rent the adjacent lot for ball games: $100 -Banquet tables included in the Pavilion -Extra banquet tables to set on the green space -Includes an event manager for 6 hours -Tents available for rent for the green space at additional cost
