Map & Directions to Special Event Parking


Special Event Parking is in effect for Candlelight only unless otherwise stated in an event's information.

There are several options for parking during Candlelight.
Valet Parking for $10 at Dallas Heritage Village. Self-Parking for $5 at Dallas Heritage Village. Limited free parking is available at Farmers Market.
Please Note: The First Presbyterian Church parking garage is NOT available during Candlelight. There will be NO shuttle buses from First Presbyterian Church to the Village.

From the North


US 75 [Central Expressway] (McKinney, Plano, Richardson, etc.)
Go 75 South and take the I-30 West exit. Stay in the right lane on the service road and take the first exit, Ervay St. Turn left at St. Paul (the first traffic light), cross over the freeway and go past the old Ambassador Hotel. At the stop sign, make a slight left, putting you on Ervay St. Take the second left at Beaumont and then left at the stop sign (Park Ave.). The self-parking lot entrance is straight ahead.

North Dallas Tollway (Plano, Addison, North Dallas, etc.)
Go south on the Tollway through the main toll plaza. Take the I-35E South exit and follow the signs to I-30 East. Immediately after I-35E and I-30 East split, take the Lamar/Griffin exit, remain on the feeder road until Harwood St. (DO NOT MAKE ANY TURNS OR EXITS UNTIL HARWOOD.) Turn right on Harwood. The self-parking lot entrance is the next right.

I-35E [Stemmons Freeway] (Denton, Lewisville, Farmers Branch, etc.)
State Highway 114 [John W. Carpenter Freeway] (DFW Airport-North Exit, Grapevine, etc.)
State Highway 183 [Airport Freeway] (DFW Airport-South Exit, Irving, etc.)
Follow I-35E South to I-30 East. Immediately after I-35E and I-30 East split, take the Lamar/Griffin exit, remain on the feeder road until Harwood St. (DO NOT MAKE ANY TURNS OR EXITS UNTIL HARWOOD.) Turn right on Harwood. The self-parking lot entrance is the next right.

From the West


I-30 (Fort Worth, Arlington, Grand Prairie etc.)
Go east on I-30 and take the Lamar/Griffin exit. Remain on the feeder road until Harwood St. (DO NOT MAKE ANY TURNS OR EXITS UNTIL HARWOOD.) Turn right on Harwood. The self-parking lot entrance is the next right.

From the South


I-35E [R. L. Thorton Freeway] (Austin, Waco, Waxahachie, etc.)
US 67 [Marvin D. Love Freeway] (Cleburne, Duncanville, etc.)
Follow I-35E North to I-30 East. Remain in one of the 2 right hand lanes, the exit is immediately after I-35E and I-30 split. Take the Lamar/Griffin exit, remain on the feeder road until Harwood Street. (DO NOT MAKE ANY TURNS OR EXITS UNTIL HARWOOD.) Turn right on Harwood. The self-parking lot entrance is the next right.

I-45 [Julius Schepps Freeway] (Houston, Corsicana, etc.)
US 175 [C. F. Hawn Freeway] (Athens, Kaufman, etc.)
I-20 (Canton, Tyler, etc.)
Take 45/75 North to the I-30 West exit. Stay on the access road and take the Ervay St. exit. Turn left on St. Paul, cross over the freeway, past the old Ambassador Hotel. At the stop sign, make a slight left, putting you on Ervay St. Take the second left at Beaumont and then left at the stop sign (Park Ave.). The self-parking lot entrance is straight ahead.

From the East


I-30 [R. L. Thornton Freeway] (Texarkana, Mesquite, etc.)
Go West on I-30 and take the Ervay St. exit. THIS IS A LEFT EXIT. Turn left on St. Paul, cross over the freeway, past the old Ambassador Hotel. At the stop sign, make a slight left, putting you on Ervay St. Take the second left at Beaumont and then left at the stop sign (Park Ave.). The self-parking lot entrance is straight ahead.
