NEW!!! Paranormal Investigative Tours

Heard about paranormal activity at Dallas Heritage Village? This is your chance to conduct your own investigation.

All Paranormal Investigative Tours are a minimum of four hours and require at least five people. Due to space restrictions inside the buildings, we can only accomodate a maximum of 15 people.

We want you to get the most from your experience and ensure the highest level of investigative validity. Only one Paranormal Tour is allowed on the grounds at a time.

Paranormal Tours are not available November, December, or January.

Private paranormal investigative tours are provided only through advance reservations and follow certain guidelines.

  • A staff member will be with your group to answer any historical or logistical questions. One security officer will be on-site throughout the duration of your tour.
  • You are responsible for providing your own equipment and investigative procedures for the evening.
  • You will be given access to some areas behind the glass (barriers) and are welcome to take photos, videos and sound recordings in the areas made available to you.
  • Tours may be booked for any 4-hour period of time (except holidays and during special events) between 7 p.m. and 1 a.m. (The most popular time is between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m.)
  • You must be 16 years old or older; anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Your group will receive maps of the grounds for reference with investigative areas clearly marked for your convenience. You must stay with your group at all times and will not be allowed to roam the Village on your own.
  • Each group leader will be required to sign a waiver. We do not require additional insurance for you to tour or investigate the buildings in the Village.
Reservations require a non-refundable reservation deposit of $250 at time of booking and will be applied to your total rental fee at the time of final payment.

Admission
$100 per person (includes 4 hours in the Village)
$25 per person for each additional hour
