Valentines's Day Postcards
February is Victorian Romance Month at DHV.
How does courtship during the Victorian era differ from modern day dating?
Take our new Walk-About Tour and explore courtship rituals throughout the museum.

Postcards became very popular in the late 1800s and were printed for many
holidays and just about any other reason imaginable. Dallas Heritage Village has several
Valentine's Day postcards and they range in subject from the patriotic, to the
humorous, to the romantic.
