to Old City Park

From 45/75 South of Town- Take 45/75 North to the I-30 West exit: stay on the access road and take exit #45 -Ervay St. Turn left on St. Paul, cross over freeway, pass the old Ambassador Hotel, At the stop sign go straight, you will now be on Ervay St. take the next left, on Gano St. The parking lot is on the right past City Park School.

Special Event Parking

Special Event Parking is in effect for Candlelight and Old Fashioned Fouth events only unless otherwise stated in an event's information.

Parking is free at the First Presbyterian Church of Dallas parking garage at the northwest corner of Harwood and Young Streets.  A free shuttle will operate continuously from First Presbyterian. 

 

From the NORTH: via US 75 [Central Expressway] from McKinney, Plano, Richardson, etc. Go south on US 75 to Exit 284C DOWNTOWN LIVE OAK ST This is an exit to the LEFT. Exit and stay in right lane as you come to traffic light at Live Oak. Right on Live Oak (one way street) to 3rd traffic light at Harwood. Left on Harwood (one way street). Be careful as you make this turn to turn into one of the 2 right lanes as Harwood veers quickly to the right at Pacific. Continue on Harwood past the church to Young. Right on Young to Park. Right on Park and right into the free FPC parking garage. via the North Dallas Tollway from Plano, Addison, north Dallas, etc. Go south on Tollway through the main toll plaza at Cedar Springs. Take the Loop 354 HINES BLVD DOWNTOWN exit to the left. Continue on Hines (one way) to the HARWOOD exit which is also to the left. Continue on Harwood for approximately 2 miles as it weaves across downtown Dallas and changes from one way to two way. Be careful as you cross Live Oak and approach Pacific as Harwood veers to the right. Go past the church to Young. Right on Young to Park. Right on Park and right into the FPC parking garage. Via I-35E [Stemmons Freeway] from Denton, Lewisville, Farmers Branch, etc. via State Highway 114 [John W. Carpenter Freeway] from DFW Airport (North Exit), Grapevine, etc. via State Highway 183 [Airport Freeway] from DFW Airport (South Exit), Irving, etc. Go south on I-35E to Exit 428B EAST I-30 TEXARKANA HOUSTON Take this exit which is a veer to the left. Go a very short distance on I 30 and exit at either Exit 45 LAMAR ST GRIFFIN ST or Exit 46A DOWNTOWN CENTRAL EXPRESSWAY. Continue on access road to traffic light at Harwood. Left on Harwood to Young. Left on Young to Park. Right on Park and right into the free FPC parking garage. From the WEST: via I-30 from Fort Worth, Arlington, Grand Prairie etc. Go east on I-30 across the Trinity River and follow the I-30 EAST TEXARKANA exit to the right. Continue a short distance on I-30 and exit at either Exit 45 LAMAR ST GRIFFIN ST or Exit 46A DOWNTOWN CENTRAL EXPRESSWAY. Continue on access road to traffic light at Harwood. Left on Harwood to Young. Left on Young to Park. Right on Park and right into FPC parking garage. From the DART Light Rail Station located at the Dallas Convention Center, 650 S. Griffin St., go south on S. Griffin to Young. Go east (right) on Young to Park. The church is less than one mile from this DART station. From the SOUTH: via I-35E [R. L. Thorton Freeway] from Austin, Waco, Waxahachie, etc. via US 67 [Marvin D. Love Freeway] from Cleburne, Duncanville, etc. Go north on I-35E to Exit 428B I 30 East TEXARKANA SHERMAN. Exit and go a short distance on I 30 to either Exit 45 LAMAR ST GRIFFIN ST or Exit 46A DOWNTOWN CENTRAL EXPRESSWAY. Continue on access road to traffic light at Harwood. Left on Harwood. Left on Young to Park. Right on Park and right into the free FPC parking garage via I-45 [Julius Schepps Freeway] from Houston, Corsicana, etc. via US 175 [C. F. Hawn Freeway] from Athens, Kaufman, etc. Go north on I-45 to Exit 284B MAIN ST WEST ELM ST. Exit on Elm St. (one way). Go to 3rd traffic light at Harwood. Left on Harwood. Continue on Harwood past church to Young. Right on Young to Park. Right on Park and right into FPC parking garage. From the EAST: via I-30 [R. L. Thornton Freeway] from Texarkana (I-30), Tyler (I-20), Mesquite, etc Go west on I-30 to Exit 45 ERVAY ST This is an exit to the left. Exit and go to 2nd traffic light at S. Ervay. Right on Ervay to 4th traffic light at Young. Right on Young to Park. Left on Park and right into free FPC parking Garage.
