All school tours and programs must be booked at least three weeks in advance and prepaid two weeks in advance through Partnership Booking Service. The booking service can be reached by:

1. Select the tour you wish to book.
2. Select three possible days for your proposed tour. Rank the days in order of preference.
3. Rank tour times (9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.) in order of preference.
4. Afternoon tours available by special arrangement.
5. Select one of the above methods for contacting Partnership Booking Service to send in your request. It is best to give them a fax number or email account, in addition to a phone number so that they can reach you promptly.
6. Give the Booking Service 48 hours to respond to your request.
