Junior Historians


Do you love history? Have you always wondered what life was like “back then?” And are you between the ages of 11 and 18? Then consider joining the Junior Historians of Dallas Heritage Village! Every year, Junior Historians participate in a week long camp that gives them the tools they need to be volunteers at Dallas Heritage Village. Then, throughout the year, Junior Historians volunteer--whether it be at a special event, as a building guide, or as part of a group volunteer project. Camp this year is June 9-13, 2008, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Participants must complete the application (including references) by May 26. The cost of the camp is $20, covering the cost of supplies and includes a Dallas Heritage Village shirt.
